Our aim is to give you the best care we can and to help us achieve this we welcome any constructive comments and suggestion you may have about the services we offer at Spur Road Surgery. Similarly, we realise that sometimes things may not go according to plan. If this is the case would like to know so that we can take the necessary steps to put things right.
We treat every complaint seriously and aim to resolve the matter as quickly as possible to the satisfaction of all concerned. Please note that all complaints are treated in confidence and making a complaint will not affect your current or future care and treatment.
If you wish to comment on our services or make a complaint please contact the Practice Manager, Barnali or Assistant Practice Manager, Promita on 0208 800 9837. We do value the comments that patients make in this way and where possible take appropriate action to address any issues raised.
From time to time we ask our patients to participate in a confidential patient survey such as the Friends and Family test or Patient Feedback Questionnaire.
